Complete the attached form to book a consultation or tattoo appointment. Include your design idea, approximate size and placement and whether you want colour or black and white. If you wish to send an attachment, you can send it directly to ancientdreamstattoo@gmail.com (please include your name).
You may wish to consult the gallery or my instagram page (@josh.mat.tattoo) to get a sense of my styles, but I’m always excited about doing something new.

All bookings require a deposit when making your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 1 week’s notice will be required otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable but do not expire unless a week’s notice of cancellation is not given.
